Office software breaks in predictable ways. We write down the fixes.
GetOfficeAIPro started from a simple frustration: searching for help with an office IT problem usually turns up either a forum post from 2014 with no real answer, or a vendor page that's more marketing than troubleshooting. We wanted something in between — write-ups that assume you're busy, you want the fix, and you don't need the history of the feature before you get to the steps that work.
We cover three kinds of topics:
Every article is written to be useful on its own, without requiring you to read three other pages first. If a fix doesn't work for your specific setup, that's useful information too — it usually means you're dealing with one of the less common causes, and we try to call those out explicitly rather than pretending every problem has the same root cause.
This site is independent and not affiliated with Microsoft, OpenAI, or any of the vendors whose products we write about. Where we mention pricing, licensing, or features, we link to the vendor's own documentation so you can confirm current details — those things change faster than any article can keep up with in real time.
Have a problem you'd like us to cover, or a fix that worked for you that we haven't written up? Get in touch — most of what ends up on this site started as exactly that kind of suggestion.
